Our client, a leading cybersecurity technology company, is seeking a Marketing Assistant for a 6-month contract in Chelmsford, MA. This entry-level role starts in January, offers $21-$24/hr, and supports a global marketing operations team responsible for database accuracy and lead flow across multiple regions. Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain data quality and integrity across systems
- Support global database growth through internal processes
- Review and update company and contact information through research
- Maintain database hygiene using Excel and partner with marketing teams
- Assist with data entry tasks across marketing operations
- Research targeted accounts to support campaigns
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred (marketing, communications, business systems, etc.)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask independently
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Experience with Excel, CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot), or MAP systems (Marketo, Pardot) a plus
- Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and general data entry
