Front Desk Concierge (Contract Role)
Location: Carrollton, TX

Pay: Starting at $20/hr
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Duration: Mid-Jan through mid-May

We're seeking a Front Desk Concierge to join our team on a contract basis and provide exceptional office support. This fully onsite role is perfect for someone who thrives in a professional environment and enjoys creating a welcoming experience for clients and team members.

What You'll Do

• Greet clients and ensure an outstanding experience
• Answer and direct phone calls; monitor office emails
• Prepare conference rooms for meetings
• Manage mail, deliveries, and office supplies
• Maintain organization and cleanliness in shared spaces
• Assist with scheduling, inventory, and special projects

What We're Looking For

• Previous office administration or customer service experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks Desktop
• Flexible, resourceful, and proactive mindset
