About the Role

As a Relocation Counselor, you will be the primary point of contact for residents throughout the relocation process. You will guide families through every step, coordinate with vendors, and ensure a smooth and supportive experience.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the main contact for residents during the relocation process
• Conduct needs assessments and tailor services to meet individual requirements
• Coordinate moves with moving companies and vendors
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to residents
• Manage documentation, expenses, and correspondence accurately
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy standards
