We're supporting a national food cooperative in Itasca seeking an Office Services Coordinator after an internal promotion. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to break into or grow within a corporate environment. You'll support both general office operations and the onsite corporate store. This is a hands-on, service-oriented role ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy and keeping things running smoothly. This is a contract role starting ASAP!
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the corporate store: customer service, stocking, ordering, and maintaining a clean, organized space
Handle daily office services: shipping/receiving, package distribution, restocking breakrooms and supply areas
Reset conference rooms, maintain coffee stations, and support basic facilities needs
Perform daily rounds for mail, trash, recycling, and general upkeep
What They're Looking For
Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or office support
Professional communication and strong organization skills
Dependable, positive, and comfortable doing physical tasks (up to ~30 lbs)
Interest in building a corporate career
