Operations Specialist
Duties of Employee:
 Goods receiving, inspection, and logistics
 Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse
 Inventory control and stock management as needed
 Assembly and testing of valves and accessories
 Testing, measuring, and adjusting mechanical assemblies
 Identifying and eliminating assembly defects
 Reading functional plans and drawings
 Packaging and shipping finished goods
 Handling returned goods for repairs
 Assisting in customer returns
 Shipping marketing materials, trade show booths, and samples
 Completing all work orders related to the build of control valves
 Providing general assistance to staff members as needed
 Aiding in reception duties (e.g., answering phones, receiving visitors, filing records,
customer service tasks)
 Assisting in marketing and sales activities as requested
 Command and effective use of the PPS system
