Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to existing clients and leads to drive sales and engagement.
- Handle inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries.
- Process orders via phone, email, and website.
- Follow up on referrals and leads.
- Manage and grow client relationships.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of inside sales or related experience.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for customer relationships.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM experience preferred.
