This opportunity is with a global consumer products and technology company headquartered in Needham, MA, known for designing and delivering innovative lifestyle solutions. This is a temporary Senior Executive Assistant role with potential to convert to permanent, starting ASAP, offering compensation in the range of $40-$50/hour or a $90K-$100K+ salary depending on experience. The role follows a hybrid schedule (on-site during training, then typically 3 days on-site as needed) with hours of 8:00 AM-5:30 PM and flexibility required for early meetings, international coordination, and occasional after-hours support. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level executive support to a C-suite leader in a fast-paced, global environment
- Manage complex, multi-time-zone calendars with shifting priorities
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries and contingency planning
- Lead logistics for leadership meetings, offsites, and global forums
- Draft and prepare executive communications, presentations, and confidential documents
- Process expenses and purchase orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Partner cross-functionally with senior leaders and other executive assistants to ensure seamless execution
Candidate Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of experience supporting C-suite or senior executives
- Proven experience supporting multiple executives in high-velocity environments
- Strong calendar management skills, including international scheduling and time zones
- Exceptional discretion, judgment, and professionalism
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills; experience with enterprise systems a plus
- Ability to work autonomously and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Flexibility to support early mornings, occasional weekends, and international travel needs
