Our client, a prominent healthcare organization, is seeking a contract to hire Compliance Specialist to join their team on a hybrid basis in Center City. In this role, you will play a critical role in managing and tracking all contracts and agreements throughout their entire lifecycle. This includes receipt, assignment, negotiation, business area review, signature execution, and electronic filing.

About the Job:

  • Review incoming contracts and agreements and assign drafting tasks to team members.
  • Track receipt and progress of all agreements in Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring visibility throughout the entire lifecycle.
  • Build, maintain, and generate key reports using Power BI for management and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure all finalized contracts and agreements are fully executed, imaged, and filed electronically.
  • Participate in implementation meetings to gather information on new groups requiring contracts and provide status updates to cross-functional teams.
  • Assist the Manager in enhancing CRM tools and automating tasks where feasible.
  • Provide support with contract and agreement drafting as needed.


About You:

  • Ability to manage a high-volume workload with competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Prior experience with CRM tools such as Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Proficiency in Power BI for reporting and analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience participating in cross-functional meetings, providing status updates, requirements, and addressing challenges.
