Our client, a prominent law firm, is looking for a temporary to permanent Virtual Event & Training Coordinator to support their growing team in Washington, DC!
Responsibilities:
* Lead the planning and execution of virtual event logistics, including creating event timelines, tracking payments, and coordinating with speakers.
* Manage credit coordination and issue continuing education certificates.
* Manage attendee communications, including registration, dietary restrictions, and special needs.
* Post-event tasks: send survey results to speakers, follow up with attendees, maintain electronic filing systems, and summarize event outcomes and expenses.
* Provide support and complete additional tasks/special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
* 3+ years of relevant virtual events logistics experience.
* A bachelor's degree in hospitality, events, or a related field is required.
* Experience with meeting planning and customer service is highly preferred.
* Strong proficiency in MS Office is required, experience with Adobe Suite is preferred.
* Excellent communication, time management, collaboration, and multitasking skills.
Position Information:
* $25/hr-$28/hr while temporary
* $55K-$67K when permanent, DOE
* 100% onsite in Washington, DC.
* Potential for 1 day remote.
* Bonus eligible once permanent!
