Our client, a professional association, is searching for a temporary to permanent Health Program Coordinator to support their team! If you are ready to start a new role immediately, have strong project coordination skills, and are able to commute to Linthicum, MD, apply now!
Responsibilities:
* Serve as the point of contact for inquiries both internally and externally.
* Coordinate meetings and handle logistics including meetings, notes, and follow-up.
* Review licensed content, develop documents, and coordinate requested reviews.
* Monitor the inbox and voicemail, ensuring relevant information is received by appropriate parties.
* Complete additional projects and tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience working are required.
* A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
* Experience with project management is preferred.
* Knowledge of the healthcare industry and experience working with physicians is preferred.
* Analytical and accountable individual that thrives working both independently and collaboratively.
Position Information:
* $33/hr-$36/hr, depending on experience
* Converts to a salary of $70k-$75k.
* Hybrid with 2-3 days/week onsite in Linthicum, MD.
* Free parking!
* Hours are 8:00am-5:00pm
