Our client, a law office, is seeking two temporary Office Assistants to help support their office on 12/17 and 12/19!
About the Job:
- Support the signings of legal documents.
- Handle filings and ensure documents are properly organized.
- Assist with tasks such as e-filing, filling out forms, etc.
- Provide administrative support through additional tasks as required.
About you:
- 1+ years of administrative or general office experience are required.
- Strong typing skills and technical capabilities are required.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
About the Position:
- Pays $22/hr.
- Dates: Wednesday, 12/17, and Friday, 12/19.
- Hours are 3-5:30pm and 1-4pm respectively.
- Onsite in Springfield, VA.
- Free parking!
