Our client, a global investment firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant/Communications Assistant/Chief of Staff to support the Managing Partner in a multifaceted role. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, strong written communication abilities, and the ability to manage both administrative and philanthropic initiatives. The schedule is 9:00am-5:00pm, fully onsite in Manhattan, with minimal after-hours work.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, appointments, and correspondence for the Managing Partner
- Proofread, edit, and draft communications for business and philanthropic initiatives
- Coordinate events and meetings related to education reform and ocean conservation efforts
- Handle expense reporting and maintain accurate records
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders
- Provide strategic support on special projects and assist with family-related logistics as needed
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5-10+ years of experience in executive support, communications, or related fields
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to edit and proofread materials
- High emotional intelligence, proactive mindset, and sound judgment
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $200K base salary + bonus
