Our client, a global investment firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant/Communications Assistant/Chief of Staff to support the Managing Partner in a multifaceted role. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, strong written communication abilities, and the ability to manage both administrative and philanthropic initiatives. The schedule is 9:00am-5:00pm, fully onsite in Manhattan, with minimal after-hours work.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and correspondence for the Managing Partner
  • Proofread, edit, and draft communications for business and philanthropic initiatives
  • Coordinate events and meetings related to education reform and ocean conservation efforts
  • Handle expense reporting and maintain accurate records
  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Provide strategic support on special projects and assist with family-related logistics as needed

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5-10+ years of experience in executive support, communications, or related fields
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to edit and proofread materials
  • High emotional intelligence, proactive mindset, and sound judgment
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

Compensation/Benefits:

  • Up to $200K base salary + bonus
