We're working with a global consulting firm that is looking to hire a Contract Recruiter to help manage experienced hiring during a busy period for their in-market team. This role is ideal for someone early in their recruiting career who is confident, polished, collaborative, and excited to work in a fast paced professional services environment. This is a 6 month long contract and you would work a hybrid schedule downtown in the loop.

What You'll Do:

• Manage end-to-end recruiting for experienced hires, from sourcing through offer acceptance

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs and align on sourcing and hiring strategies

• Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics to ensure a smooth, high-touch candidate experience

• Gather and synthesize feedback from interviewers and candidates to continuously improve processes

• Maintain accurate tracking and reporting in recruiting systems to support metrics and analytics

Who We're Looking For:

• 1+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency or corporate backgrounds welcome)

• Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance

• Comfortable using ATS platforms and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Team-oriented, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
