Our client, a prestigious university, is seeking a Temporary Copytech Assistant to join their busy production team. This onsite role in Cambridge, MA, is running for 3+ months with potential for extension and is paying $23.75/hour. The schedule is Monday - Friday, 11:00AM - 5:00PM. Interested and qualified candidates are encouraged to apply for immediate consideration.
Responsibilities:
- Print files ready for production and track completed jobs in the system
- Assist with bindery and finishing tasks
- Support front-desk duties as needed
- Assist with campus deliveries during busy periods
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with the Copytech team
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant copy/print experience preferred (corporate print departments or retail such as Staples or Kinko's ideal)
- Experience with web-based programs and Adobe Acrobat preferred
- No customer-facing interaction required
Reporting:
- Reports directly to the Director of Copytech
- Takes direction from the Production Print Coordinator
