A well‑established global organization is seeking a talented HRIS Analyst to support its expanding HR Operations function. This role is ideal for a detail‑driven, analytical professional with strong Workday expertise and a solid understanding of payroll processes. You will play a critical role in maintaining HR systems, ensuring payroll accuracy, supporting compliance, and driving process improvements across the HR Shared Services environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Workday HCM configuration, business processes, integrations, security, and user access.
Build and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics to support data‑driven decision‑making.
Test and implement Workday updates and enhancements; ensure documentation and data integrity.
Conduct regular HRIS data audits and troubleshoot system issues.
Process accurate semimonthly and biweekly payrolls; support bonuses, W‑2s, year‑end activities, and timecard reviews.
Support internal and external audits, including required reporting (401(k), EEOC, etc.).
Process employee lifecycle transactions such as hires, terminations, transfers, and data changes.
Enhance HR Shared Services processes through automation and technology improvements.
Manage shared HR inboxes and oversee employment verifications and unemployment claims.
Requirements
3-5+ years of HRIS, HR Operations, or Payroll experience; Workday strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of payroll processes, compliance requirements, and data integrity best practices.
Advanced reporting and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem‑solving capabilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with HR, Finance, and business partners.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel skills a plus.
Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
