We're seeking a Receptionist for a temporary assignment covering a leave of absence. This role will begin January 5th and run through mid-April. Pay starting at $20/hr DOE. This role will be fully onsite, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm in Downtown Houston.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for guests and visitors, providing a professional and welcoming experience.
Answer and direct phone calls with excellent communication and customer service skills.
Manage conference room scheduling and setup, including food and beverage arrangements.
Coordinate lunch orders and maintain hospitality standards.
Support office operations and enforce firm policies when necessary.

Requirements

Receptionist experience in a professional services or corporate environment
Strong hospitality skills
Upbeat and confident personality
Excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills.
