Our client, a professional association, is searching for a temporary to permanent Research Programs Specialist to support their research team, starting ASAP!
Responsibilities:
* Perform grant application compliance checks and update reviewer information.
* Pull proposal reports and prepare letter templates.
* Support accounts payable through form completions and submitting requests.
* Manage and maintain multiple trackers.
* Support meeting preparations and traditional administrative tasks.
* Complete additional projects and tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
* 3+ years of working with healthcare-based research committees and project management experience are required.
* A bachelor's degree in health, science, or related field is required.
* Knowledge of evidence-based medicine and an understanding of review processes is highly desired.
* Strong proficiency in the MS Office Suite is required.
* Self-starter with a strong eye for detail.
Position Information:
* $28/hr-$29/hr, depending on experience
* Converts to a salary of $60k-$62k, if permanent.
* Hybrid with 2 q days/week onsite in Linthicum, MD.
* Free parking!
* Hours are 9:00am-5:00pm
