About the Position:
- Develop and implement learning products for members.
- Manage and review LMS content. Ensure products and content align with member needs.
- Partner with the marketing team to develop member acquisition strategies, analyze engagement data, and enhance offerings.
- Stay informed on membership trends and test new initiatives.
- Ensure membership offerings are competitive.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
About You:
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- 7+ years of relevant membership engagement experience are required.
- Skilled in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders and key players.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required and experience with an LMS is preferred.
Position Information:
- $38/hr-$43/hr, while temporary.
- $80K-$90K, when permanent.
- Temporary to permanent position.
- Hours are 9am-5:30pm.
- 100% remote!
