Our client, a non-profit health and research-based organization, is in search of a skilled HR Project Specialist to join their team on a temporary basis. If you have a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of human resources coordination, don't miss this opportunity to make an impact in this organization!
About the Job:
- Track projects, analyze project data, and generate reports.
- Create presentations, maintain documentation, and organize files.
- Support process improvements, training programs, and employee engagement projects.
- Coordinate cross-functionally and serve as a point-of-contact across teams.
- Support the team through additional administrative or operational tasks as required.
About You:
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- 3+ years of HR project management experience are required.
- SPHR, PHR, or SHRM certifications are a plus!
- Strong capabilities with Excel, especially pivot tables, formulas, and vlookups.
- Proficient in MS Office, project management software, and willingness to learn new systems.
Position Information:
- Pays $35/hr-$39/hr, depending on experience.
- Temporary for 6 months with a strong potential for the assignment to extend.
- Starting ASAP!
- 3 days/week on-site in Washington, DC.
