We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Senior Marketing Coordinator to partner closely with marketing leadership to support firm-wide marketing initiatives. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who understands how to translate business needs into polished, client-facing materials and impactful campaigns.

The Senior Marketing Coordinator supports marketing and communications efforts by partnering closely with marketing leadership and internal stakeholders. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities include supporting marketing initiatives and daily requests, coordinating marketing and communications materials for new employee onboarding, and maintaining a strong understanding of the organization's services, teams, and locations. The role is responsible for drafting, editing, and distributing a variety of marketing and communication materials, managing accurate and segmented distribution lists, and assisting with proposals, presentations, and RFP responses through research and coordination. Will support the planning and execution of internal and external events, managing logistics, vendor coordination, invitations, and follow-up activities. Additionally, the role contributes to social media efforts by drafting and scheduling professional content in alignment with brand guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing (professional services preferred, but not required).
  • Proven track record of driving measurable results (leads, conversions, ROI).
  • Strong skills in digital marketing tools: SEO, social media, email campaigns, analytics.
  • Excellent writing and design skills for content creation.
