Our client, a national consulting firm, is seeking an AVP, Digital Marketing Strategy to oversee digital growth strategy across channels and platforms. If you are a strategist that enjoys being hands on and leading a team, apply now!
About the Job:
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies (email, paid search/social, SEO, website optimization).
- Oversee digital channel planning and mentor a small team.
- Lead HubSpot strategy for automation, email marketing, and campaign management.
- Optimize website for user experience.
- Analyze performance data, deliver insights, and recommend optimizations.
About You:
- 7-8+ years in digital marketing/growth strategy required.
- A bachelors degree is required.
- Advanced HubSpot experience; familiarity with CMS (WordPress), GA4, PowerBI.
- Experience in B2B, professional services, or nonprofit sectors preferred.
About the Position:
- Salary range of $110K-$120K + bonus eligible.
