Our client, a construction consulting organization, is seeking a temporary Sr. Compensation Analyst to join their team for at least 4 months! This full-time role will require strong Workday skills, strong analytical thinking, and a keen eye for detail. Interested? Apply now!
About The Job:
- Review job descriptions, analyze responsibilities, and grade positions.
- Make salary recommendations for incumbents and new hires.
- Manage comprehensive data and spreadsheets. Prepare and present findings to management.
- Participate in salary surveys, monitor data, upload data into the platform, and review findings.
- Develop and maintain a salary structure and grading system.
- Other tasks as assigned.
About you:
- 5+ years of experience in job evaluation, market-based pay benchmarking, and salary structuring are required.
- A CCP certification is a major plus but not required.
- Proficiencies in Workday, Excel, and Salary.com.
- Strong research, attention to detail, and analytical thinking skills.
About the Position:
- Pays $35/hr-$40/hr, depending on experience.
- Temporary for 4 months, starting in February!
- Hours are 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm.
- Hybrid with 3 days/week onsite in Fairfax, VA.
- Free parking!
