Our client is seeking a part-time Administrative Coordinator to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. If you have 5+ years of administrative experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and are confidential, we want to hear from you.

About the Job:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the SVP and team.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting.
  • Prepare, process, and distribute communications and presentations.
  • Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual meetings and conferences.
  • Additional related tasks as required.

About You:

  • 5+ years of related professional experience is required; An associates degree is required.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office 365 and a technical savviness.
  • Able to work independently and complete tasks in a timely manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion as needed.

About the Position:

  • $25/hr-$30/hr depending on experience.
  • Converts to a salary of 65k-70k
  • Hybrid with 3 days/week onsite in Arlington, VA.
