Our client is seeking an onsite Imaging & Document Specialist to join their Organizational Services team and efficiently process information. If you are dependable, collaborative, and have a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!
About the Job:
- Sort mail and prepare bins for daily processing.
- Sort incoming applications, copy documents, and prepare all incoming correspondence for scanning.
- Index, data capture, and log priority mail.
- Deliver to and collect mail from staff and departments.
- Maintain address labels, scan batches into the queue for indexing, and maintain hard copies as required.
- Complete other relevant mailroom tasks as required.
About You:
- 1+ years of data entry, scanning, filing, and indexing experience is highly preferred.
- Experience with MS Office, SharePoint, and tech savviness is required.
- Collaborative with exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
- Possess strong attention to detail and accuracy.
About the Position:
- Pays $25/hr-$27/hr, depending on experience.
- Pays $32/hr when converted to permanent.
- 100% on-site from 8am-5pm.
- Office in Rockville, MD.
- Free parking!
