Our client, a technology company, is seeking a temporary HR Generalist to foster an engaged, inclusive, and high-performing workplace at their Dulles, VA office!
About the Job:
- Serve as the point of contact for questions, concerns, and other needs.
- Support benefits, open enrollment, and compliance measures.
- Assist with recruitment processes and manage the onboarding experience for new hires.
- Develop and improve training materials in line with regulations.
- Perform additional tasks to contribute to the culture and productivity of the workplace as required.
About You:
- 5+ years of strong human resource generalist or people operations experience.
- 2+ years of government contracting or manufacturing experience.
- SHRM-CP or other certifications are preferred.
- Comfortability using AI tools for efficiency.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an eye for detail and ability to effectively multitask and prioritize.
About the Position:
- Pays $35/hr-$48/hr
- Temporary position, starting ASAP!
- Hours are 9am-5pm.
- 100% on-site in Dulles, VA.
