Our client, a non-profit organization, is urgently seeking a temporary Contract Recruiter to support their team for 3-6 months!
About the Job:
- Attracts candidates through various channels: recruiting website, employee referrals, on-site recruiting, and job fairs.
- Evaluates candidates by developing job advertisements and screening resumes/applications.
- Refers suitable candidates by contacting them to ascertain fit and scheduling interviews.
- Extends offers to selected candidates and negotiates compensation packages.
- Initiates onboarding plans for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Ensures efficient and effective filling of assigned positions while maintaining quality standards.
About You:
- 5+ years of strong recruiting experience are required.
- Demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter is required; UKG experience is highly preferred.
- Experience supporting a mission-driven or nonprofit organization is a plus!
About the Position:
- Pays $28/hr-$33/hr, depending on experience.
- Temporary for 3-6 months, starting ASAP!
- Washington, DC.
