Our client is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily functions of the office of the Chief of Staff and Deputy Chief of Staff for the firm's equity partners. This role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage complex processes while building trusted relationships across all organizational levels. The hours are 9:30am to 5:30pm (with flexibility to respond to urgent emails outside of hours), and the role is onsite 4 days a week in Manhattan, with 1 day remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update global Partner Manuals to ensure accuracy and alignment with firm strategy
  • Maintain annual calendar of Partner and Executive Committee meetings and governance documentation
  • Optimize operational processes and workflows across the Office of Executive & Partnership Resources
  • Track global partner and counsel policies, leaves, transfers, and relocations in collaboration with internal teams
  • Lead execution of global partner meetings and orientations, including vendor negotiations and event logistics
  • Drive special projects and initiatives to enhance operational excellence and support strategic objectives

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5-7+ years of progressive operations or project management experience, preferably in professional services
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills; ability to influence and collaborate across all levels
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
