Our client, an association supporting financial professionals, is looking for a Director of Training & Talent Solutions to lead the growth and optimization of talent solution offerings for membership and the industry! Responsibilities:

  • Drive the strategic growth of the association's training business by leading the design, development, execution, and continuous expansion of training content that advances strategic priorities, strengthens the membership experience, and delivers on corporate training and revenue objectives.
  • Provide executive oversight and growth strategy for the certification exam preparation platforms, ensuring best-in-class candidate experiences and achievement of product revenue and growth targets.
  • Partner with the Corporate Sales team to align course offerings with evolving customer and market needs, ensuring timely contracting, effective delivery, and achievement of corporate training revenue and budgetary goals.
  • Oversee career development offerings, including the job board and career mapping initiatives, ensuring alignment with the association's strategic vision, talent solutions portfolio, and revenue objectives.
  • Develop and manage budgets and financial performance for all training and talent solution products, ensuring accurate forecasting, strong financial stewardship, and alignment with organizational growth targets.
  • Expand the association's global instructor network to strengthen delivery capacity and ensure global relevance, in direct alignment with the long-term strategy.
  • Provide strategic leadership to departmental staff, including recruitment, training, supervision, and professional development. Establish team and individual performance goals that are aligned with the strategic plan, organizational objectives, and core values.

About You:

  • 10+ years of training/talent solutions experience, with the ability to drive revenue and align with strategic goals.
  • A bachelors degree is required for this role.
  • Proven ability to develop new training offerings based on survey or community engagement feedback.
  • Passionate about career-mapping and providing resources to industry professional.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally, while leading a small team.

Job Details:

  • This is a fully remote position, with a preferred location of the Washington, DC area.
  • Domestic travel will be required 2-4x/year.
  • Salary range of $110K-$120K (DOE) with a generous annual target bonus.
