Our client, an association based in Washington, DC, is looking for a Membership Operations Specialist to support their team for 6 months.
Responsibilities:
- Run AMS reports, perform data checks, and update member records.
- Serve as main contact for member inquiries.
- Process new memberships, reinstatements, and dues payments.
- Manage inventory, mailings, and shipping.
- Support committees with meeting prep and notes.
- Assist with ASANA tasks and AMS/IT support tickets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 4+ years AMS experience in a membership association.
- Strong data/reporting and Excel skills.
- Nimble AMS, ASANA, or Higher Logic experience a plus.
- Excellent customer service and communication.
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
Position Information:
- $28/hr-$33/hr, based on experience
- 6-month temporary role
- 100% onsite in Washington, DC
- Metro accessible
