Role Overview
Our client in the data center construction industry is seeking a Project Coordinator to support a growing pipeline of new data center builds. This position is heavily focused on project administration, documentation management, and internal reporting.
As a newly created role, this position will take ownership of high‑volume administrative tasks, help establish consistent workflows, and support both Project Management and Construction teams. The role offers strong growth potential as additional data center projects come online.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform project administration, including accurate coding of fuel charges, labor hours, materials, and expenses to appropriate projects.
- Process, review, and submit subcontractor and vendor invoices.
- Coordinate with Project Managers to prepare and submit billing documentation for timely customer invoicing.
- Manage project documentation such as daily reports, records, and updates; support production of redlines and as‑built drawings.
- Track, submit, and organize project permits; ensure all required documentation is collected and filed on schedule.
- Follow up with municipalities, vendors, and internal teams regarding permit and approval status.
- Maintain structured project files and ensure document accuracy across multiple active projects.
- Provide general administrative support to PM and Construction teams as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, or similar administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel and Outlook skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage repetitive, accuracy‑focused administrative tasks
