Our client is seeking an experienced Executive/Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO of a leading wealth management firm. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage both business and personal priorities in a fast-paced environment. The hours are 8:00am - 6:00pm (with accessibility via phone needed after hours), and the role is onsite 5 days a week in Manhattan.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a complex and dynamic calendar, ensuring seamless scheduling of meetings and events
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including private travel and detailed itineraries
- Handle personal tasks such as scheduling appointments, booking reservations, and assisting with dinner parties
- Prepare meeting materials and ensure readiness for all engagements
- Process expense reports and maintain accurate records
- Serve as a trusted liaison for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with ad hoc projects and provide operational support as needed
Job Requirements:
- 5-8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities; proactive and resourceful
- Degree preferred but not required
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $150K base salary + discretionary bonus
