Our client is a global real estate company who is seeking an experienced Program Manager to cover a maternity leave to spearhead the development and delivery of global learning programs centered on Sustainability and Artificial Intelligence (AI). This position is responsible for managing comprehensive learning initiatives from inception to execution, working in close partnership with cross-functional stakeholders and the AI product team. The ultimate goal is to provide impactful, scalable learning experiences throughout the organization.

Key Focus Areas

  • 50% Sustainability Learning
  • 50% AI Learning Programs

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, coordination, and execution of both regional and global sustainability and AI learning programs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business-line learning requirements and stakeholder engagement.
  • Oversee program and project plans, including managing timelines and ensuring successful execution from initial concept through to launch.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers and business stakeholders to create new learning content, such as briefs, scripts, and filming materials.
  • Work closely with the AI product team to ensure learning initiatives are aligned with product and business objectives.
  • Engage and motivate learners to adopt and implement new skills acquired through these programs.
  • Track the performance of programs, analyze relevant metrics, and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate live learning sessions, both virtually and in-person, as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong experience in program and project management, particularly with complex global initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders, relationships, and subject matter experts across different levels of seniority.
  • Proven experience in the end-to-end development and delivery of learning programs.
  • Preferred knowledge in sustainability, net-zero carbon initiatives, and/or the built environment.
  • Familiarity with AI-related learning programs is considered an advantage.
  • Experience in a global organizational setting is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in learning platforms, with Workday experience as a plus.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
