An established and growing title company is seeking an experienced Manager of Closing Services to direct teams and oversee closing operations from start to finish. This role is ideal for a proven leader with a strong background in title closing operations and team management. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the closing team while ensuring compliance with applicable policies, regulations, and quality standards.
- Monitor performance through file audits, coaching, and accountability to proactively identify and resolve risks or obstacles.
- Recruit, train, develop, and manage staff to balance workloads, meet performance goals, and strengthen overall team effectiveness.
- Track SLAs and customer service metrics to identify trends, strengths, and opportunities for improvement.
- Handle escalations and complaints with urgency and professionalism, providing clear communication and reporting to leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in title company closing operations.
- At least 3 years of management experience within a title services organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple teams and priorities.
