Our client is seeking a highly experienced Executive Personal Assistant to support the Chairman of a large, multi-faceted enterprise. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong executive presence, and the ability to manage a demanding schedule with grace, discretion, and reliability. The hours are generally 9:00am-5:00pm, five days onsite in Midtown Manhattan, with a true 24/7 mindset and on‑call availability as needed, while still offering a very reasonable work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a highly active and evolving calendar, ensuring all meetings are accurately scheduled (including virtual links), prioritized, and adjusted as plans change
- Coordinate domestic and occasional international travel, including flights, car services, hotel reservations, restaurant bookings, and event logistics
- Handle incoming calls, provide light technology troubleshooting support, and ensure the principal is fully prepared for board meetings and other key engagements
- Liaise with board members, hospital and philanthropic partners, and other senior stakeholders on behalf of the principal
- Coordinate closely with the principal's spouse, her assistant, drivers, and the Chief of Staff to align schedules, events, and family‑related commitments
- Maintain strict confidentiality while managing sensitive correspondence, records, and information
Qualifications:
- 15-20+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting C‑suite or principal‑level executives
- Meticulous attention to detail with a proven track record of accuracy and follow‑through
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with polished executive presence
- Deep familiarity with New York City logistics and dining; able to recommend and secure appropriate venues
- Demonstrated longevity and stability in prior roles, with a career focus on high‑level EA/PA support
- High level of discretion, integrity, and judgment; comfortable with personal-professional crossover in a family office context
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $175K-$200K base salary
- Annual discretionary bonus
