Our client, a hedge fund located in Manhattan is looking for a Temporary to Permanent Executive Assistant to the President to join their team. This position will operate on an in-office schedule between the hours of 8:00am-5:30/6:00pm with flexibility. Salary level when permanent is in the 150K range.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level executive support to the President, including complex and dynamic calendar management.
- Proactively rework the President's schedule, sometimes clearing entire days on short notice with tact and discretion.
- Coordinate car services, reservations, internal meetings, and occasional travel logistics.
- Partner on firm-wide initiatives and project-based work.
- Serve as a key point of contact internally and externally, maintaining professionalism, elegance, and judgment.
- Uphold the highest level of discretion, confidentiality, and accountability.
Qualifications:
- BA required.
- 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience, ideally within finance.
- Prior experience supporting a C-level executive or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment.
