Our client, a real estate development and investment company, is seeking an on-site temporary Leasing Consultant to support their team in Washington, DC!
About the Job:
- Act as the face of the building.
- Work with tenants, talk through leases, set up follow-up appointments, and respond to resident requests.
- Conduct tours for prospective residents and ensure a smooth move-in experience.
- Community/resident event planning and flyer creation.
- Other tasks/responsibilities as needed.
About You:
- 1+ years of experience in leasing, real estate, or other relevant position is highly desired.
- Outstanding sales skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong MS Office Suite skills are required; Yardi experience is preferred.
- Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills.
About the Position:
- Pays $21/hr-$24/hr while temporary.
- Temporary for 3 months with a strong potential to convert.
- Hours are 9am-6pm.
- 100% onsite in Washington, DC.
- Metro accessible.
