Our client, a real estate development and investment company, is seeking a temporary to permanent Assistant Property Manager to support their team in Washington, DC!
About the Job:
- Support the PM in day-to-day operations and serve as a leader within the residential and company community.
- Manage resident relations, retention, and renewals.
- Assist with tours and move-in/out processes as needed.
- Provide general oversight to the leasing office operations.
- Other tasks/responsibilities as needed.
About You:
- 2+ years of experience in leasing, real estate, or property management.
- A bachelor's degree is highly preferred but not required.
- Outstanding sales skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong MS Office Suite skills are required; Yardi experience is preferred.
- Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills.
About the Position:
- Pays $28/hr-$34/hr while temporary.
- Temporary for 3 months with a strong potential to convert.
- Hours are 9am-6pm.
- 100% onsite in Washington, DC.
- Metro accessible.
