Our client is seeking a polished and highly organized Transaction Management Coordinator to support a fast‑paced Private Capital Advisory team within a global financial advisory environment. This role functions as an elevated EA with significant exposure to roadshows, client interaction, logistics, and project coordination. The hours are typically 8:00am-5:00pm with flexibility, and the position is hybrid with three days onsite and two remote days (Mondays and Fridays).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate end‑to‑end logistics for domestic roadshows, including travel, hotels, agendas, catering, and vendor management
  • Support senior bankers with meeting scheduling across time zones and multi‑party logistics
  • Manage client correspondence, CRM updates, and preparation of event/meeting materials
  • Assist with internal and external event coordination, including attendee tracking and invitations
  • Attend roadshows several times per year and provide after‑hours email monitoring as needed
  • Serve as a polished, client‑facing representative of the team with strong communication and professionalism

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of administrative, EA, or coordination experience within financial services (investment banking strongly preferred)
  • Strong logistical skills with experience supporting deal teams, events, or roadshows
  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence; comfortable in client‑facing interactions
  • High degree of resourcefulness, problem‑solving ability, and attention to detail
  • CRM experience required (any platform; willing to train on internal system)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment with shifting priorities

Compensation/Benefits:

  • Up to $120K-$125K base salary + discretionary bonus
