Our client, a lobbying association, is seeking a temporary Executive Assistant to provide fast-paced and extremely proactive support to their busy CEO in Washington, DC!
About the Job:
- Serve as the primacy point of contact for the CEO's office and triage information and tasks, effectively prioritizing and managing the CEO's time.
- Implement special projects and events, both company related and personal, as directed.
- Partner closely with colleagues, teams, and other key players to execute meetings, events, and coordinate shared activities.
- Ensure CEO is prepared for meetings and events through material preparation and information review.
- Complete other tasks and responsibilities as needed to provide tailored support to the CEO.
About You:
- 5+ years of strong, progressive, and fast-paced executive support experience are required.
- Experience coordinating across multiple teams, other assistants, and the executive office.
- Able to interact with individuals at all levels and retain outstanding interpersonal skills under pressure.
- High level of confidentiality with strong judgement skills.
About the Position:
- Pays 38-45/hr DOE
- Temporary for 2-3 months.
- Potential for this position to become permanent.
- 100% onsite in Washington, DC.
- Metro accessible!
- Hours are 8:30am-5:30pm.
