Our client is seeking a temporary HRIS Specialist to support their Baltimore, MD team through August 2026!
About the Job:
- Process hires, terminations, and other high-volume HR transactions in SAP.
- Perform audits and maintain employee records.
- Support payroll system through inputting personal data, benefits data, and compensation information.
- Ensure timely resolution of all inquiries and maintain data confidentiality and compliance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
About You:
- 2+ years of strong HR or a call center environment is required.
- ERP experience is highly preferred.
- Proficiencies in MS Office Suite, SAP, and HRIS platforms is required.
- Data driven and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
About the Position:
- Pays $24/hr-$25/hr, depending on experience.
- Contract through August 2026.
- Hybrid with 2 days/week onsite in Baltimore, MD.
