Role Overview

This position plays a key role in ensuring the efficient transportation of product by communicating with drivers, vendors, and customers, and performing reporting and administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Details

Schedule: Hybrid - remote Mondays & Fridays; onsite Tuesday-Thursday
Hours: Shift may fall between 6am-6pm (6-3, 7-4, or 9-6 depending on team coverage)
On‑Call Rotation: Evenings, weekends, and holidays (shared across team; company phone provided)
Pay: $24/hr + (DOE)

3+ years in logistics, dispatching, or a similar administrative role
Experience handling vendors/customers and resolving issues professionally
Strong Excel skills
Calm, solutions‑focused communicator who wants to grow long‑term in logistics
