Our client, a healthcare association, is seeking an Education Coordinator to support their team based in Arlington, VA!
Responsibilities:
- Identify and accurately prioritize learning topics through needs assessments and tracking trends.
- Develop educational tools and resources.
- Lead the annual Symposium planning - coordinate speakers, create agenda, and provide support for virtual and in-person trainings.
- Review and update program certification requirements.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of educational programmatic experience.
- A bachelor's degree in business or education is highly preferred.
- Experience in a healthcare setting is highly desired.
- Proficient in MS Office Products and Apple products with a technical savviness.
- Collaborative, organized, and strong time management skills.
Position Information:
- $60K-65K salary + benefits
- Remote, but MUST be based out of the DMV
- The team is small, dynamic, and growing!
