Our client, an industrial technology company in Rockville, MD, is seeking a temporary HR & Consultant to support their team through the end of the year!
Responsibilities:
- Lead H-1B preparations, update job descriptions, and review documents to ensure alignment and compliance with SOC codes and requirements.
- Recommend compensation adjustments to improve competitiveness and partner closely with immigration counsel to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Provide employee lifecycle support from the recruiting process to onboarding/offboarding.
- Maintain candidate tracking and handle records management.
- Additional tasks and responsibilities as necessary.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of HR experience, with demonstrated success in compensation and benefits analysis.
- A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting H-1B processes and working with SOC codes Is required.
- Strong sense of confidentiality with ability to use discretion.
- Great interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
Position Information:
- Pays $45/hr-$50/hr, depending on experience.
- Temporary for 2 months.
- 100% onsite in Rockville, MD.
