Our client, a leader in global credit investing, is seeking a Temporary to Permanent Recruiting Coordinator to join their growing team. The role primarily sits in Stamford, CT with the need to travel to the Greenwich, CT office as needed as well. The hours for the role are 8:30am-5:30pm but will require the right person to be flexible overall.
Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Recruiting Team
- Support Recruiting by:
- Schedule candidate interviews: via zoom/teams and on-site interviews
- Book candidate travel and process expenses and reimbursement when necessary
- Assist candidates when they are on-site for interviews
- Assist recruiters with candidate tracking and feedback from interviews
- Manage global onboarding and offboarding processes, including facilitating background checks and other employment paperwork
- Manage employee documents and information in personnel files, both hard copies and electronically
- Manage expenses through Concur for the recruiting team
- Assist with employee training, firm networking events, on-site vaccine clinics and team events
- Manage various new hire Orientations: schedule sessions, track attendance, prepare materials
- Schedule and manage meetings and appointments, prepare agendas for staff meetings
- Lead centralized vacation tracking process, collect monthly input for all areas, generate reports
- Other ad hoc projects as requested
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years administrative or business experience, prior experience in HR or Recruiting is a plus
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills, multi-tasker
- Outstanding attention to detail: ability to audit information
- Proactive style, quick learner and willingness to take on new assignments
- Poised, flexible, resourceful and calm under pressure
- High level of professionalism with ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Team-oriented, humble, positive and willing to do whatever it takes
- Intellectual and analytical rigor
- Accountable, committed and understands the importance of deadlines
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, and experience with Concur, Teams and Workday is a plus
- BA/BS degree preferred
Compensation:
- DOE 70-85k + Overtime + Discretionary Bonus
