Our client is seeking a highly analytical and motivated Analyst to join the Strategic Accounts team within a global private equity firm. This newly created role will support a senior leader as the firm builds out its Global Wealth Management function, requiring strong communication skills, a high degree of intellectual rigor, and the ability to manage sophisticated institutional relationships. The position is hybrid, with four days onsite (Monday-Thursday) and Fridays remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Global Head of Wealth with data, insights, research, and communication across strategic accounts
- Build and maintain relationships with home‑office sales, research, and product teams across private banks, broker‑dealers, RIAs, and regional banks
- Coordinate global outreach efforts with teams in EMEA and APAC to ensure alignment across institutional and wealth channels
- Respond to client inquiries, manage follow‑ups, and support prospects through the alternatives sales cycle
- Organize roadshows, conferences, due diligence meetings, and investor events
- Prepare briefing materials, presentations, investor updates, and fundraising documentation
- Maintain CRM data (DealCloud/HubSpot) including meeting feedback, activity logs, and investor interactions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a top institution required
- 1-3+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, asset management, capital markets, or alternatives
- Familiarity with private equity and alternative asset classes
- Strong analytical ability, Excel proficiency, and comfort working with data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished, client‑facing presence
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and operate with urgency
- Team‑oriented, ambitious, and motivated to develop a long‑term career in Investor Relations
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $170K base salary
