Our client, a well-established manufacturing company in Lynnfield, is seeking a Scanning Assistant for a 2-4 month temporary assignment. This onsite position pays up to $24/hour and runs Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. The role will support a large-scale project transitioning files from hard copy to electronic format and requires strong attention to detail and comfort with repetitive administrative tasks. Job Responsibilities:
- Scan hard copy files to a shared drive
- Upload documents into the company's Document Manager system
- Organize and build electronic files in accordance with employee records policy guidelines
- Shred and properly dispose of hard copy files when appropriate
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy throughout the process
Candidate Qualifications:
- Legal administrative or paralegal background preferred
- Experience with high-volume scanning projects
- Intermediate computer and technical skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable handling repetitive administrative work
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Professional demeanor with strong reliability and dependability
