Schedule: Full-time, Onsite
Pay: $19/hr up (DOE)
- Greet and check in patients each morning
- Verify insurance coverage and ensure accurate information
- Provide friendly, helpful support to families in person
- Shift to the call center after lunch to answer calls and schedule appointments
- Assist patients with questions and general clinic information
- Keep records organized and updated in the EMR system
- Work closely with a supportive team and contribute to smooth daily operations
- Medical front desk experience required
- Strong understanding of insurance (verification, claims basics, coding familiarity)
- Excellent communication and professionalism
- Stable work history (no job jumping)
- EMR experience (any system; Athena is a plus)
- Empathetic, patient‑focused, and eager to learn
- Professional appearance
