We are working with a real estate company in search of a Facility Coordinator to support their high-touch client. The facilities Coordinator will primarily provide support, monitor performance, and coordinate a small team of multi-skilled operatives. This role requires fostering strong relationships with key client stakeholders, landlords, managing agents, and all facilities vendors. The individual must ensure tasks are completed promptly and accurately.

Job Responsibilities:

- Support and coordinate a small team of multi-skilled operatives.

- Develop close working relationships with key stakeholders, landlords, managing agents, and vendors.

- Manage site contractors to ensure they perform to required standards.

- Assist in procuring vendors and services as needed.

- Aid in financial processes to meet all financial management requirements accurately and timely.

- Manage purchase orders in the internal financial management platform.

- Assist with monthly accrual reports and monitor finance trackers.

- Conduct site inspections, assessments, and regular audits, ensuring safety and building procedures are followed.

- Implement property risk management programs and industry best practices.

- Maintain premises in good condition.

- Support disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

- Follow escalation and incident reporting procedures.

- Provide support for management reports and projects.

Skills:

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Self-motivated with a confident and energetic attitude.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and be flexible.

Education/Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field.

- Three plus years of experience

- Strong understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
