Investment firm located in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking to hire a Temp to Perm Campus Recruiting Coordinator. This position will start February/March 2025. Monday - Thursday onsite, Fridays remote, 9am - 5pm.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for administrative and recruiting tasks; work alongside three recruiters and one coordinator
- Manage the applicant tracking system across the recruitment lifecycle, including requisition and job posting support, candidate status updates, interview scheduling steps, etc.
- Support candidate communications and logistics for interviews
- Help coordinate campus and lateral recruiting events, career fairs, etc.
- Assist with Super Days
- Take on additional recruiting projects as needed
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of administrative experience and/ or relevant internship experience
- Strong Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point experience
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
Pay:
- $25-$27/hour temp rate; 70K-75K perm base. Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K match, 15 days PTO prorated the first year
