Screening & Identification Technician

Full-Time
Department: Client Services
Primary Location: Farmers Branch, TX 75234

Position Summary

We are seeking a Screening & Identification Technician in Farmers Branch, TX (75234). This role supports workforce screening and identification services for clients throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The position is client-facing and requires professionalism, discretion, and strong attention to detail.

The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment while representing the company with integrity.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional, in-person support to individuals visiting our facility and scheduled offsite locations
  • Perform screening and identification-related services in accordance with company procedures
  • Accurately complete documentation and data entry using internal systems
  • Prepare materials and documentation for secure processing and shipment
  • Print, issue, and manage photo identification credentials
  • Deliver onsite support services at client locations as scheduled
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams via email, chat, and virtual meetings
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional facility environment
  • Support operational and administrative needs as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel
  • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to regularly open or close the facility during weekday business hours
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
